EL CINE DE LA 2

El otro dia olvidé una cosa. Este lunes pasado, pudimos ver otra vez en la 2, una excelente película que me emocionó mucho. Se llama "Caterina se vá a Roma" o en italiano, idioma original de la película, " Caterina vá in cittá".
The other day I forgot one thing. Last  Monday, we saw, again at the 2, an excellent film that touched me very much. It's called "Caterina lead to Rome" or in Italian, original language of the film, "Caterina va in citta".

Giancarlo Iacovoni es profesor de pueblo; decide trasladarse a Roma con su mujer, a la que acompleja y humilla, y su hija Caterina , a la que incita a acercarse y a intimar con las compañeras de clase que proceden de familias importantes. La chiquilla, que se siente desconcertada al verse en un ambiente tan distinto al del pueblo, se convierte inmediatamente en objeto de disputa y de rivalidad entre dos compañeras: Margherita y Daniela; la primera, hija de una escritora y de un renombrado intelectual, y la segunda, hija de un importante miembro del gobierno. En el curso del año escolar, mientras que Caterina descubrirá un mundo falso y menos brillante de lo que parece, su padre experimentará la amargura del desengaño.
La niña es un descubrimiento.

Iacovoni Giancarlo is professor in a village, and decided to move to Rome with his wife, which complexed and humiliated, and his daughter Caterina, which encourages to intimate with classmates who come from prominent families. The girl, who is unnerved by being in an environment so different from the people, immediately becomes an object of dispute and rivalry between two friends: Margherita and Daniela, the first daughter of a renowned writer and an intellectual, and the second, the daughter of a senior member of government. During the school year, while Caterina discover a false world and less bright than it appears, his father experience the bitterness of disappointment.
